- We do not guarantee specific results or outcomes, and our services are provided "as is" without any warranty of performance.
9. Termination
- Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. However, clients will be required to pay for any services rendered up to the date of termination.
- Dehradun Digital Hub reserves the right to terminate services if the client fails to comply with the terms outlined in this agreement.
10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dehradun, Uttarakhand.
